I’m Terrie, otherwise known as Your Small Biz Bestie 🫶🏻⚡️
I’m based in Nottinghamshire (East Midlands, UK), and I help small business owners get set up online properly, without the overwhelm and without it turning into a total shitshow.
If you’ve got a great idea but the tech side is doing your head in, you’re my kind of person.
Most days, you’ll find me at home with my partner and my dogs, Marley (the dinky one), and Thor (the ginormous one) probably with a cuppa in hand and a true crime documentary on in the background.
Ohhh, I know! The glamour.



A small business owner — just like you
Running a business means wearing all the hats. And it’s not just the work you do for clients, is it?
It’s the behind-the-scenes stuff, too. Websites. Socials setup. Email marketing. CRMs. Automations. Payments. Checkouts. Communities. The whole lot.
I don’t have a big team either. It’s me (and my associate, Nat, when needed), working remotely from home or anywhere with Wi-Fi. So I fully get what it’s like trying to keep everything moving while also, you know… having a life!





Background
Before I went all-in on this business, I spent over 7 years working in two different emergency services, plus roles in retail, sales, hospitality, entertainment, and even NFT community engagement.
It taught me a few things that are now very useful for small business life:

staying calm when everything is on fire

getting organised quickly

clear communication (no confusing tech waffle)

juggling a million moving parts without dropping the lot
I started as a Virtual Assistant in July 2022, went full-time in February 2023, and I’ve been building from there ever since.


What I actually do now
These days, I’m less “can I help with your admin?” and more:
Let’s get your online setup sorted so you can get seen, booked and paid.

Why I’m here
Because it’s way too easy to end up glued to your laptop late at night, trying to fix your website, connect your emails, figure out why something isn’t sending, and wondering when you last had a proper day off.
I’m here to make the tech + setup side feel simpler, lighter, and actually doable, so you can spend your time doing the work you’re good at (and let's be honest, making money!)
Also, I’m running a business with fibromyalgia + arthritis, so I’m big on building systems that work in real life, and doing the work you absolutely enjoy. None of that 'hustle harder' BS.
