Let's be honest, you didn't start this business thinking for one second that you'd need a degree in 'all that tech stuff'.

You did it because you're brilliant with people and you genuinely change their lives.

Nobody warned you there'd be this much tech involved, and if they had, you might have thought twice.

Or maybe you've not started your business yet. Maybe you've got an idea you KNOW is a great one. You just haven't got the first clue how to actually build the thing.

Both are very normal, and both are completely sortable. That's where I come in.

We spend 90 minutes together on Google Meet, screenshare on, going through your setup/idea properly. You show me round, I ask ✨ a lot ✨ of nosy questions, and we work out what's actually going on in there. No jargon, and no making you feel daft, because honestly, it's a mess for nearly EVERYONE and you're just the one brave enough to show me.

Then I go away and write it all up. It lands in your inbox within five working days.

What's in the plan

✅ What you've actually got, in plain English
✅ What's broken, and what it's costing you
✅ What's missing that you need
✅ What you're paying for twice
✅ What to sort first, second and third
✅ What you can happily ignore for now

✅ Recommendations on what to use right now (no affiliation, just honesty)
✅ Roughly what each bit will cost to put right

That last one matters more than people expect. Everyone in tech wants to sell you another thing to do. A decent chunk of my job is telling you what to leave alone!

Just so you know

Our call is for figuring out what's going on, rather than fixing it. If I spent it sorting one thing, you'd leave with one thing sorted and no idea about the rest, which isn't much use to you.

It's not a training session either. You've got quite enough on without adding MailerLite to the list.

It's the tech and systems side of things, so anything out of my remit, I'll be honest and say. Then I'll happily point you at people who are good at those. Ya girl has connections!

Before we talk

There are a few questions when you book, so I can turn up already knowing some of your setup/idea instead of spending the first twenty minutes asking what you use. Don't worry about getting them right. Half your answers will probably be 'I don't know' and that's completely fine too.
